EastLake Studios
Eastlake is a private Music Production Studio located in the hills of Lake Elsinore, CA. Formally known as Lake Sound (1998-2016) owned by Arlene Hiss. As of late 2020 Hiss granted access to owner Tristan Bowls to revamp the studio and bring it into a new era of music. Bowls along with a small team of Southern California musicians now bring a more modern flair to the Recording process. Eastlake offers Production/Recording/Mixing along sided Video Production services by Videographer Greg Boulet, and a whole team of producers and session musicians to take your vision to the next level.
The Studio
Eastlake Studios has two separate tracking rooms with an outside patio and green room for artists to take break from the recording process.
Studio A
Studio A is where vocal sessions and other overdubs are worked out. Also in this studio is the control room which is separate from all tracking. This studio would be where most Production and Mixing will occur.
Studio B
Studio B is the live room, allowing us to record a full band all at once or get isolated drums and guitar tracks. This studio is also where all of our videos for bands and artists are shot with multiple cameras. With over 20 inputs coming from the control room we have the capability of recording a trio or a 10-piece band.
COming to Record
When you come to record at Eastlake Studios you will have access to shells of a drum kit to add your own personal snare, foot pedal and cymbals. We also have a Mesa Boogie Mark V Head, a 1x12 guitar cabinet, and a Mark Bass head to play through. On top of that we have a great 61 key Nord Electro 2 delivering those classic keyboard sounds. As for recording we use top quality mics, and equipment, with brands such as Universal Audio, AKG, Sennheiser, Shure, Audio-Technica and more. We strive to provide you with the best quality mixes, and with tools like these you can’t go wrong.
